Having been born in the United States and brought up in Guatemala, allowed me to be fluent in Spanish and English.  I am becoming a Certified Translator and currently work for a Guatemalan magazine which is published quarterly,  translating English into Spanish.

I am creative and interested in obtaining experience, creating my Portfolio through learning new things, growing and being challenged by the way literature and translation influence the world´s history. I  focus on the source-language usage of words and the author's style and convey them to their most accurate meaning in the target language.

I care about my work and believe Translation is a craft in which the style and the way of the exposition should be read and enjoyed as the original.
