I am Andrea Goodall who loves reading, learning and translation

I am a person who loves the English Language , but I am Brazilian. I lived in Oxford for 10 years where I had an Italian delicatessen and studied History of Art. I have great knowlodge of the language and am able to translate meaning , not words.

My job as an International buyer forces me to translate things all day long. But the job that I most like to mention is the one I did for OXFAM, during the civil war of Moçambique.

I am now trying to become a translator . I am taking a Pos graduations course on Translation.

I would like a first opportunity to have a great tranlations job.

I currently work in the automotive industry as a buyer for diesel engines parts.

I love what I do. But I am always in search of new things to do and to enhance my life and knowledge.

I consider myself a person in constant move. I love doing knew things and have my mind challenged to open paths not yet travelled by me.

I must say without any modesty, that absolutely everything I put myself to do, I do it very well.

Not always the benefited person is myself but I always deliver more than I am asked for. That is because I have most respect for someone or a company that chooses me to do something when they could have chosen anyone else. So I make sure they are pleased.

Now I want to become a translator. I need to have my first opportunity. From this first opportunity I will be able to take off in this new career. I am well aware that I have a long way to go , but everything starts with the first step.
