Directions:

  1. First of all, please make sure you have all the ingredients available. Set your Anova to 190F/87.7C.
  2. Now combine all the ingredients in a vacuum-sealed bag.
  3. One step remains. Then submerge the bag in the water bath & cook properly for at least for about 50 to 60 minutes & not longer than 90 minutes.
  4. Finally remove from bag and drizzle the liquid over the potatoes to serve.
