FANTASTIC BREAD IN A CROCKPOT

What you need:

Directions:

  1. First of all, put salt, yeast and water in a container and whisk them together. Add in the flour and use a wooden spoon to combine all the ingredients.
  2. Cover the container loosely with cloth and leave for two hours so that the dough can rise.
  3. Sprinkle small amount of flour above the dough and place it on a sheet of baking paper.
  4. Now please sprinkle the top of the dough with flour and then place it in the crockpot.
  5. Cook on low settings for 2 hours and then serve by slicing.

Yield: approximately 1 lb. loaf
