Roxana leonte

Originally from Romania, Roxana has lived in Italy for 15 years, where she has become proficient in the Italian language to the degree of a native speaker.  When she was still in Romania, Roxana collaborated with an important local cultural magazine, Convorbiri Literare, where she published the poems she had translated for the magazine from Italian and French into Romanian.
Roxana loves cultures and languages and, of course, translation. After pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in translation and Economics studies in Italy, she was chosen by her Professor at the Faculty, Jeni Smith, for a number of translation  projects in the administration field for two important Italian public bodies.
At  present, Roxana is enrolled in an audiovisual translation master (subtitling, dubbing and localization from English and French into Italian) at the University of Cadiz, Spain, which she is following online. Roxana is following another online three months translation course with La Matita Rossa, from English into Italian, which she will complete by the end of December. She is an official member of the Sociedad Española de Lenguas Modernas.

Roxana has offered her time and services by volunteering as translator for a no profit Romanian association, the ARPCC (Romanian Association for Joint Custody), since April 2015 (legal arguments) and for the no profit Italian organization Translation4children (medical texts).

Thanks to her bilingualism, innate talent in languages and hands-on experience,  Roxana can handle your projects and deliver high-quality results.

Author review:
This was Roxana's first experience with Babelcube. She did a good translation and learned about formatting on this platform.
