I've been using English along with my mother tongue since I was a kid, since I grew up surrounded by both. 
Both French and Italian were languages I've studied formally in my twenties and continually read up and translate documents for people in my home country.

I've also studied German but couldn't honestly say I'm at the level of a translator.
