Mario Reynoso (author)

Hardloop
I learned a lot about myself, after running nonstop for hours, and I wrote a book about this.

Mario reynoso

I am a mexican civil engineer, born in 1973. I live in Mexico City with my wife and our four kids. I began running ultramarathons (races longer than 26 miles, up to 100 miles) in 2012. During a two-year period, I ran more than 20 races at the Sierra Tarahumara, The U.S. and other parts of Mexico. It seems like the more you run, the further you get but in ultrarunning the longer you run, the deeper you get. I wrote the book “Del otro lado de la Pared” in which I talk about these experiences.
