Maria Kvilhaug is a Norwegian author writing in English. She is the author of non-fiction as well as fiction works about Old Norse mythology and culture.

Maria Kvilhaug was born in Oslo, Norway, in 1975. She has an academic background in History of Religions and Old Norse philology, but has, since 2009, published several books on the subject of Old Norse pre-Christian history, culture and religion.
