I've been working as a freelance translator in many fields (mainly tourism, cosmetics and chemistry) since 2007, but literary translation is definitely my thing. I'm a poet myself and I especially like to translate poetry or poetry-like prose, but I am open to other literary genres as well. I published some translation of British poet Elizabeth Jennings on "La Clessidra" literary review (Novi Ligure, Italy) and on the literary website Progetto Babele (www.progettobabele.it).
During 2009-2010, I worked on the English translation of Italian two-piece band Bachi da Pietra
(www.bachidapietra.com) song lyrics, as well as on the Italian translation of Juliet Cook's "Angel FaceTrailer", a small poetry chapbook (see julietcook.weebly.com for more details). My latest project was the English translation of the lyrics of another Italian band called Bancale (www.ilbancale.com).
