My name is Julia Helena, 22 years old, and I was born in São Paulo, Brazil.
I've been studying the English language for over 10 years and I surely adore it. This conditioned me to the C2 level of proficiency in English. In order to make this knowledge useful for the society, and also earn money to contribute with my livelihood, my new goal in life is to become a editorial/tenical translator. That is why I am here volunteering myself to get this job started.
The idea was really awsome, due to the fact I've always been a ravenous reader, which helped me to develop some important skills such as writing and creativity. I also concluded an internship in Journalism, where I could practice writing professionally. In addition, I am graduated in Biology with a bachelor degree, and that academic education got me pretty familiar with cientific language and writing.
I am a very compromised and organized person, and I believe that discipline and willingness to learn and improve myself is the key to succeed in translating. I am really into this, you can count on me!
