Jorge lucas pérez

I always had cultural concerns and I love ongoing learning. I read and translate non-fiction books, whether psychological, philosophical or on linguistics. My favorite authors are: Umberto Eco, Steven Pinker, María Blanco, Fernando Savater, Luis Huete, and Angela D. Friederici.

I was born and raised in the land of watches and chocolate — Switzerland. That is why I am bilingual in French and Spanish.

With regard to my education, I have a bachelor degree in English Philology, a master degree in Translation for the Publishing Industry, and also the degree in Psychology (all of this at the University of Malaga, Spain). I have a special bent for perfecting languages, hence I have achieved the C2 level both in French and English.

I have more than five years of professional experience in both teaching and translating books and semi-technical texts. I help publishers, students, companies and professionals of any realm to reach their linguistic goals or passing their French and English CEFR exams.

Two of my translations are already published and available:

I hope you will trust in my savoir faire. Professionalism, accuracy, and satisfaction guarranteed.

Author review:
Jorge Lucas Pérez has done a very good job at translation my novel – both content and format which includes diagrams and tables.

Je tiens à remercier Jorge Lucas Pérez pour la qualité de son travail, pour son professionnalisme et les échanges d’emails tout au long de la traduction.

Thank you again for all the works !
Regards
Cyril
