Being born in a spanish speaking country and brought up by an american parent at home allowed me to master both spanish and english skills at a very young age. I've been writing most of my life and I'm a published writer. I have been working formally as a freelance translator for almost ten years now and I've participated as well in several proofreading projects in the past few years. I also currently work as an interpreter over the phone, which allows me to speak with US citizens everyday keeping me up to date with that country's language and culture.
