I used to work in publishing before I left my job behind to travel the world while working.

English (US) is my native language but I have lived in German-speaking countries for 18 years and consider German my second native language by now. I have an academic background in international business and Asian studies with French as minor.

After 4 years as a freelancer committed to language services, I can say I made the right decision.

The fiction genre is my soft spot but I also translate non-fiction such as biographies, business guides, travel guides and culinary masterpieces.
