I'm Italian, and I like my country and my language, but I also adore other languages, such as English and Spanish. Therefore, I like translating and also just listening to foreign languages.

I am Giovanna, I was born 30 years ago, and since I was little I liked to read and write in Italian. When I began to learn English in primary school I was so excited, 'cause I already knew it was just great for me to know another language. I've always loved to travel, and as a kid I knew that knowing other languages would have helped me very much.

When I grew up I choose to go to university, Science of Communications, because all I wanted was to work in the publishing industry. While I was studying, I went abroad for six months, so that I could see how different a country can be. I choose Spain, and I don't regret it, even if English and US are more up to my potential.

In my free time, I translate subtitles for many American or British tv shows, such as Suits, Beauty and the Beast, The Originals, Last Tango in Halifax; I translated a Spanish show too, that is called El Ministerio del Tiempo.
