I am a native bilingual speaker of French and English. I completed my French Baccalaureate in 2016 and went on to graduate with a degree in Linguistics from the University of Cambridge in 2019. I am new to translation work and am looking to gain experience in English-French and French-English translation. I do have experience with editing in both English and French. I was a Section Editor for the Varsity student newspaper at Cambridge, and completed an editorial internship with Open Book Publishers in 2018. Though it is not professional experience, I also regularly proofread and edit university-level essays, university applications, and short story manuscripts for friends and acquaintances in both English and French. I hope I can put my language skills to good use in the service of important causes and improve the quality of my work in the process.
