Hi! My name is Carmen Juárez and I am a professional translator specialized in the legal and international organizations field.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Translation and Interpreting, and I also have a Postgraduate Diploma in LegalTranslation issued by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
In 2014 I worked as an intern at the International Fund of Agricultural Development (IFAD), one of the specialized agencies of the United Nations based in Rome. From that moment on, I have been translating for several international organizations, namely UNHCR, the United Nations in Bolivia, Transparency International and the UNDP, more specifically for the magazine “Revista Humanum”.
Although I have primarily focused in these fields, I also enjoy translating from many other sectors: financial (LLoyd's), tourism (Room Mate Hotels), sports (NBA), human resources (Pepsi&Co) and many others.
I enjoy every challenge, so if you think I could help you with your project, go ahead and contact me!
