Hello! Nice to see you here. My name is Bruno and I am Languages and Literature enthusiast. I have consistently worked with translation and teaching for more than 10 years, mainly focused on the academic market.
English has been my main tool in every project I have undertaken and currently I am studying Comparative Literature for my Master's degree. I have a solid background in Literary theory from my bachelor's time and great knowledge in Western Philosophy classics.
Other relevant job experiences I have in my bag of tricks include 5 years working with ESP (English for Specific Purposes), where I would teach and coach students from a variety of areas on how to acquire specific vocabularies, speak and write according to the intricacies of their working/studying fields. I am well versed in Legal English and Portuguese from my time working with lawyers, judges and paralegals.
Translation is a sport for me, an exercise to keep me sharp and challenged in a job to use languages to their full potential.
