Brett Hetherington is the author of two published non-fiction titles: "Slow Travels in Unsung Spain" and "The Remade Parent."
He is a regular commentator on Spain's social, cultural and political life for Australia’s ABC TV & Radio as well as being a staff opinion columnist/reviewer for Catalonia Today magazine.
Brett is also a freelance writer and teacher, having lectured at the University of Barcelona.
Some of his journalist work has appeared in Monocle guides, The Australian Journalism Review, Barcelona Metropolitan and Reportage magazine.
He is represented by the Antonia Kerrigan Literary Agency in Barcelona and by Calidris Literary Agency in Australia.
Brett lives with his wife Paula and their teenage son Hugo in Catalonia's Barcelona region.
