Belén Garrido is a translator of children’s books, fiction and non-fiction. She translates from English into Spanish and has worked with a wide variety of educational and non-educational materials.
Belén is also a writer and editor of educational materials. She has extensive editorial experience in the United States and Spain and produces materials oriented towards Second Language Learners (SLL). She works in both English and Spanish. Since she has a strong Science background and many years of experience teaching SLL, she offers unique experience in the educational world. She writes and edits a variety of materials, concentrating mainly on the Language Arts, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences.
