Born in Suriname (SA), I have lived in the Netherlands for almost 40 years. In 2012, I re-located to Suriname.
I have been a professional Translator and Reviewer since 1996, and specialize in ICT, medical, marketing, general business, and travel. In 2016, I published my first children's book (Publishing Services Suriname, ISBN 978-99914-7-381-9).
Being a typical generalist, I enjoy engaging in different fields of expertise. Initially, I studied PR/Marketing, followed by HRM (Labor Market Policy & Personnel Management), Translation/Interpretation of Spanish, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tuina & Nutritional Therapy). I am also a trained Life Coach and a certified Tour Manager (check out my website: www.surinametraveltips.com).
In the past, I have worked as a full-time Personnel Officer, Translator/Reviewer, Operations Manager, and HRM & Management Consultant.
Currently, I continue to work as a free-lance Translator/Reviewer, writer, and Language Instructor.
