Anna Del Pezzo was born on March 9, 1993 in Gragnano in the province of Naples, where she currently resides.

In 2007 she won the press prize at the regional competition La testa nel pallone-idee per giovani organized by the Italian Football Federation, through the presentation of a story for children based on violence in stadiums entitled: “Benji-story of a ball”. In 2008 she received a special mention at the third edition of Leopardi, la poesia e il Vesuvio competition organized by the Ente regionale per le ville vesuviane and by ars nea cultura with the short story "Cenere".

After the socio-educational diploma in 2012, she enrolled in the Faculty of Lingue, letterature e culture dell'Europa e delle Americhe of the University of Naples L'Orientale.

She completed her master's degree at the same university with a thesis in literary translation, presenting an editorial proposal for the translation of a feminist and rural essay by the Spanish writer Maria Sanchez.

She has a b2 \ c1 level in Spanish and English.

She worked as a receptionist in a well-known hotel on the Amalfi Coast and as a hostess for events from 2017 to 2019.

She carried out 100 hours of internship at the Cervantes Institute in Naples, where she obtained the diploma of participation in the literary translation course for publishing
