I've always been interested in learning idioms, since I'm the daughter of an Irishman and Portuguese lady and soon was speaking both Portuguese and English. My Mother found it interesting to get me a private teacher to learn French, so at the 1st grade in school I already could speak French. Writing came with the reading and writing process, same as Portuguese and English.

The brain has an amazingly large capacity and ability to adapt to what we train it to - and I soon was speaking Spanish as well, which I developed after getting married to a Cuban and living in Cuba for a while.

My background is rich in travelling, meeting people and getting to know different cultures.

I graduated in Communication Sciences from the Nova University in Lisbon, and my favourite field has always been Humanities, Linguistics, Religion, Social Sciences
