After earning a degree in Spanish<>English Translation and in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, Argentina, I was employed in two bilingual schools and the English Department at the Instituto Universitario Aeronáutico. Meanwhile I did some translations on the side, especially of documents on human rights and gender violence.
I have always combined teaching and translation, and for the past 8 years, I have incorporated editing and e-learning solutions to my professional experience. I have had the opportunity to translate different types of documents in small and large projects, with rush deadlines, which is usually the case. I have translated in multiple areas of specialization such as the social sciences, education, tourism, aeronautical engineering, and the environment to name some.
