Buckwheat flour - 450 g
Wheat flour - 50 g
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Water - 380 ml
Potatoes - 3-4 pieces
Cauliflower - 150 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1/4 pieces
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon, black pepper, chili flakes
Of all the ingredients knead the dough. Cover it with a damp towel and leave for 30 minutes. Boil the potatoes until cooked in boiling salted water. Then strain and mash. Cut the cabbage in a blender. Pepper chops finely. Add to the potato along with the rest of the ingredients of the filling and mix. The dough is divided into 6 parts and rolled each into a circle. Put the stuffing. Protect the edges towards the center. Slightly roll out the rolling pin. Fry on both sides in a dry hot frying pan.
