In a blender, mix mango juice and coconut water until the two are smoothly blended. Now add parsley, cilantro, avocado, and ice cubes and blend again to get a thick, super smooth smoothie. Adjust tartness and sweetness levels with sweetener choice to match your liking.
Lemon and Citrus Couscous with Fennel and Chickpeas for Lunch
What to use:
● Fennel (1 cup, trimmed)
● Chickpeas (2 cups, cooked)
● Coriander (1/4 cup)
● Couscous (3 cups)
