2 1/2 teaspoons agave nectar (can be adjusted to taste)
4 cups ice cubes
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter (can be adjusted to taste)
1 cup soy milk
2 teaspoons carob powder (can be adjusted to taste)
Place the soymilk and peanut butter together in the jar of a blender. Blitz until just combined.
Add in the carob powder and agave nectar and blitz for a few more minutes.
Finally add in the ice cubes and blend until it gets a slush like texture.
Pour into a margarita glass and serve immediately.
If you do not like agave nectar, you can substitute it with stevia.
