A lot of people believe life is hard. Do you think life is hard too? Well, I do not believe so

A lot of people believe life is hard. Do you think life is hard too? Well, I do not believe so. Indeed, sometimes, life is good and sometimes, it becomes hard for us. That still doesn’t justify that life is generally hard.

No, life is only fair, although some parts of life may look hard, it is always balanced up by the good sides of life. And just as Juliet would say, “life is worth living”.

Yes, “You Do Not Have To Worry”, I AM POSITIVE YOU READ THIS BOOK AND YOU WILL FIND A WAY NOT GIVE UP. "LIFE IS NOT HARD AND LIFE IS WORTH LIVING"

Sample text:

A lot of people believe life is hard. Do you think life is hard, too? Well, I do not believe so. Indeed, sometimes, life is good and sometimes, it becomes hard towards us. That still doesn’t justify that life is generally hard. Let me tell you about Juliet.

Juliet is a 21-year-old student at one of the prominent universities in the country; she had lost her father and her elder brother to an accident when she was just 7 years old. Her mother had been everything for her while growing up, Juliet had gone through series of crises which were due to stress and anxiety while growing up. She had to withdraw from school because she failed to meet up the emotional and psychological requirements needed to pull school through. Juliet had no other way of coping with all these stresses, so she gave suicide a consideration. She tried taking her own life, but narrowly escaped and landed in the hospital. When she got discharged, she was referred to me for guidance; I helped her self-heal with the strategies I have compiled in this book.

She’s fine now. If you as her how she feels about life, she’d say “life is truly worth living……”

Now, back to our question. Is life so hard? I’d say, No, life is only fair, although some parts of life may look hard, but it is always balanced up by the good sides of life. And just as Juliet would say, “life is worth living”.

Challenges in life are bound to happen, different people deal with different problems in life. In fact, in recent times, a good number of youths have dealt with anxiety and depression without knowing how best to cope with life situations. How do you cope when you are faced with challenges? Recovering from a trauma can be really difficult to deal with. And that is why I have written this book.
