32 ounces tater tots, frozen
1 pound ground sausage
2 tablespoons heavy cream
6 large eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon thyme, dried
1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded

Directions:

Step 1: Grease a crockpot with cooking spray.

Step 2: Line the bottom of the crockpot with about 2/3 of the tater tots.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream and eggs until well combined. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme, and stir until thoroughly incorporated.

Step 4: Pour the egg mixture over top the tarter tots that are in the crockpot.

Step 5: Cook and crumble the sausage on the stove. Once the sausage is cooked through, drain the grease and spread the sausage across the top of the eggs and tots in the crockpot.

Step 6: Add the remaining tater tots to the crockpot and sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.

Step 7: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
