400 g grated raw carrots
150 g of sugar
4 eggs
400 g of flour
50 g of potato starch
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons orange peel
50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
60 ml of refined vegetable oil
100 g raisins
100 g walnuts
3 teaspoons baking powder for dough
400 ml of sour cream
150 g of sugar
Preparation:
1. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Raisin soaked for 15-20 minutes in hot water. Cut the walnuts.
2. Separate yolks from proteins. Whisk the yolks with sugar.
3. Add flour, starch, baking powder, cinnamon, zest, orange juice, vegetable oil. With raisins drain the water, dry, add to the rest of the ingredients and mix.
4. Add grated carrots, whipped egg whites into a hard foam.
5. Gently mix until smooth.
6. Lubricate the bowl of the Slow cooker oil and put the dough into it.
7. Bake in the baking mode 80-90 minutes, and it is better to check the availability of a match. Ready to leave the cake for 15-20 minutes in the Slow cooker, and then remove and
