Return to the essentials

The world as we knew it came to a halt overnight, from the fear of a deadly virus spreading fast, causing a pandemic. People were forced into confinement at homes for an unforeseen number of weeks. Businesses were shut down. The economic fall out was not quite felt yet, but it’s prospects were more deadly than that of the virus. Everyone started to learn and pay attention to physical hygiene. This forced-seclusion made many to rethink their lives and what they considered normal, and all they had taken for granted. For many, the meaning of their lives came under question, and the focus started to shift to how we could prepare for an event like this or worse. It became evident to many that the crucial weakness had been a spiritual mal-nourishment and neglect; what about spiritual hygiene? This work focuses on how to spiritually revive ourselves to both realise and fulfill the true meaning of our lives.
