: Gherkins Salad
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Brown mustard: ¼ teaspoon
Dry mustard: ¼ teaspoon
Mayonnaise: ½ cup
Black pepper (ground) and salt: as per taste
Green onion (chopped): 2 tablespoons
Chopped celery: 2 tablespoons
Paprika: ¼ teaspoon
Chopped gherkins: 1 tablespoon
1. In the first step, put eggs in one saucepan (in one layer) and cover all eggs with cold water. Place this pan on medium heat to let this water boil and decrease flame to low.
2. Cook eggs at low temperature for almost ten minutes. Turn off heat and drain hot water. Leave these boiled eggs under a running stream of water for a few moments to let them cool. Shell and chop eggs.
3. Stir dry mustard, brown mustard, gherkins, celery, green onion, mayonnaise and chopped eggs in a big bowl. Sprinkle pepper, salt and paprika over eggs and serve with crackers or fill in hollow tomato to serve.
