3lb grass-fed short ribs
2 onions, sliced
¾ cup tomato paste
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water
1 tbsp. coconut aminos
3 tbsp. mustard powder
1 tbsp. organic honey
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Place the sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker and add the short ribs.
2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients to create the bbq sauce then pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 6 to 8 hours until the beef is tender.
