Paleo man had access to meats that were free from chemicals. He would hunt down small animals such as rabbits and deer and consume the meat raw. It is, of course, not possible for you to go hunting for your meat, especially in this day and age where everything is commercialized. The best option is to settle for free range meats, which come closest to what Paleo man accessed. Free-range meats come from farms where animals are allowed to roam and graze freely.
