The paleo diet does have two big advantages that make it easy to follow. The first is that you don't have to count calories or keep a strict schedule. Whenever you get hungry, you eat until you feel full. The secret is that you are eating nutrient-dense foods that fill you up fast and make it almost impossible to overeat. At least, you are if you're not cheating. And that's the second advantage of the paleo diet

This diet has proven to work for many others, allowing them to be healthier, lose weight, be lean, and achieve a better quality of life overall. The recipes have been specially selected so you can cook at home using simple ingredients and still be delicious and appetizing as well.

Sample text:

The modern diet isn’t all bad. Modern science allows us to fine tune the diet of our ancestors, cutting out those things which aren’t ideal and increasing our consumption of those things that improve our health and functionality. Think of the paleo diet as an optimized version of the original human diet. The idea behind the paleo diet is a simple one: eat natural foods consumed by the hunter gatherers we came from. What does that mean? Put simply, the majority of what you consume should be seasonal fruits and vegetables, lean meats, seafood, nuts, and healthy fats. Avoid things that your ancestors wouldn’t have access to. That means no dairy, no processed food, no legumes, starches, or alcohol.

Like any lifestyle choice, the paleo diet has sparked a lot of variations. Humans settled in various parts of the world, and thus, their diets varied. These variations do not even begin to account for differences in weather over time, culture, and capability of both gatherers and hunters. The paleo diet has a lot of more modern variations as well. Many people find it simply impossible to give up that glass of wine at the end of a rough day. Some can’t give up added salt or sugar. Some people take on a very pure form of the paleo diet. These purists eschew plant based fats and oils and use only organic animal fats. Some cut out all members of the nightshade family (potatoes, peppers, tomatoes) in the interest of avoiding intestinal irritations. Making the adjustments that you need are the difference between a short-termdiet and a long term healthy lifestyle. Perhaps you’ll eventually decide you can make those changes, maybe you never will. Either way, an edited version of paleo is far more beneficial to your health and longevity than continuing to eat the grain-heavy, over-processed diet that is typical of the western world.
