It is my obligation to find them, and to slaughter them, with my entire wrath. They will never escape from me, wherever they hide. They will never!"

His heart jumped into his chest. Soon, everything was back to normal. He looked at Stella and found her green cat eyes glowing in the dark!

The car stopped without his control. Stella didn’t have the need to open the door to get out! Seeing this, Collins felt a tight congestion build in his chest that made it difficult for him to breathe. He was also stunned to see that Stella’s feet never touched the ground!

“Thanks for giving me a drop,” now she spoke softly.

“By the way, may I take that book to read? I promise you that I will return it back, the next time when we shall meet,” she pointed at the book ‘Wages of Sin’.

Collins then realized that the book had remained there from a couple hours back. He guessed it should be Salina’s book. He hadn't noticed the book lying all around, so he nodded, and gave it to her. But he was confused with what actually she meant by saying, "the next time when we shall meet?"

"We will," she smiled, as if she had read his thoughts. "And we will have to."

Stella turned and moved straight. The way she had gone was the road leading to the cemetery. He was totally staggered without knowing what had happened so far. His palms sweated heavily. Was this all real?

Thereafter, he was led by total confusion. He started the car, and moved slowly. But some things still remained in his mind, like a puzzle. Perhaps, the puzzle that would remain unsolved…

Was Stella really killed by someone?
