Sample text:

By now, most people would agree that much of the industrialized world eats way too much. It also comes as no surprise to find that among those countries who consume more than they should, America tops the bill.  There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, especially if the same household in that economy supports that kind of living.

But for most people, consuming more than they should is a big no-no. Especially with those wanting to practice a minimalistic lifestyle, they tend to start off with the habit of practicing the minimalism with food. With that, those same people have the simplest solution: eat less. Of course, obviously, eating less is the answer. Health smoothies, liquid cleanse, fad diets, or even diet foods- those are not present in the “eat less” lifestyle. It’s simply eating less. This is one approach that most people practice towards achieving their minimalistic lifestyle. However, that approach is easier said than done. Of course, others have had the motivation and discipline to do that while others fail miserably with the approach.

Minimalism in food goes way beyond that. Practicing the minimalistic lifestyle in terms of food extends to the what you eat and how you prepare it, not just how much you consume. For many, they choose to eat food that is natural and free of preservatives. These are food that had not been processed. Preparing them would be easy and simple, saving you both time and energy. Plus, you don’t have to spend much as oppose to going out to eat or by buying countless of ingredients that would also keep you in the kitchen for a while.
