Sample text:

The thing with the idea of mindfulness that people argue about is that when you relax, you put everything out of your mind. How can you then be mindful? Isn’t the idea to drop thoughts and think of nothing? When you are first introduced to mindfulness, you have just have a teacher who asks you to do just that and think of nothing for a moment, to show you how preposterous that is for someone coming to a class in order to find a way to relax. The last thing your mind wants is emptiness. It’s not accustomed to it and it doesn’t know how to handle silence.
