Mindfulness also has an effect on the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind records everything that you do during your lifetime and the responses that you give to different events or circumstances. If the subconscious mind has programmed that you feel fear, for example, in certain circumstances, when those circumstances arise, you automatically feel fear. The subconscious mind kicks in because it works in a much quicker way than the conscious mind. Therefore, you need to reprogram the mind to see that you handle situations differently. When you learn mindfulness, you learn to observe different things without making any judgment, that is, you learn how to enhance your perspective.  You simply observe, acknowledge and then let go of that thing instead of allowing it to spark fear or whatever it is that you would normally fear. This is helpful for anger control and controlling the emotions that you allow to rule your life. Take Control.
