 1 cup boiling water

1 8 - ounce carton light dairy sour cream

 1 cup frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed

1/2 cup frozen light whipped dessert topping, thawed (optional)

In a bowl that is large enough, mix the gelatin and boiling water. Stir until gelatin dissolves. In the mixture, stir the lime juice and lime peel.
