What people love about the Ketogenic Diet is that it allows you to eat “normal” food as opposed to tasteless food and fat-free variants. In this way, it is not as restrictive as other diets. The typical Ketogenic Diet allows you to have only 20-30 net grams of carbohydrates per day.
