 How long have you been smoking? For however many years you have been smoking, you have had the belief that you were “addicted” to smoking. However, with the methods in this book, you are going to realize that “addiction” is just a word that you have been subjected to over a period of time and have come to believe even though it is just not true. We are only “addicted” to smoking if we truly believe that we are, which at the present moment, you must believe, or you would not be here. Right? You must realize that belief in “addiction” is a limitation in which you have placed upon yourself, and it is possible to change that belief. Believing that you are “addicted” to smoking has kept you smoking for this long, but now you must realize that you can change that belief. You can simply begin to believe that you are not “addicted” to smoking just as easy as you began to believe that you were “addicted.” It took a period of time for you to believe that you were “addicted” to smoking and now it will take a period of time to believe the opposite, but it is possible with the methods in this book.
