2 Tbsp. butter

1 can (11 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped

6 scallions

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

1 tsp. red pepper flakes

1 tsp. garlic powder

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a frying pan, sauté shrimps over medium heat with butter and red pepper flakes for 5-10 minutes. Chop the artichoke hearts.
In a bowl, combine all your ingredient and mix until well blended.
Pour the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven. Serve hot.
