1 ½ lb. halibut, cut into 1” slices

 

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

 

1 large red bell pepper, sliced

 

½ tsp salt

 

3 tbsp prepared basil pesto

 

Direction

 

When ingredients are ready, preheat your broiler. In a shallow dish or bowl, add fish and bell pepper; mix lightly and sprinkle with vinegar and basil pesto.
