4 Eggs

1 small green pepper

Jalapeno pepper, sliced

Directions

Slice the pepper, green onion and jalapeno into thin strips.
In a frying pan, cook the vegetables about 2-3 minutes until browned.
Chop the bacon in a food processor until it breaks into chunks.
Mix all the ingredients together.
