● ½ cup of bulgur wheat
● 2 tbsp virgin oil
● 4 oz tomato paste
● 1 tsp chili powder
● Black pepper
● 1/3 cup low fat soured cream
● Zest and juice of 1 lime
● Can kidney beans
● ½ cup shredded cheese
● 2 spring onions
● 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts
● Cooking spray
● 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1) Cook the bulgur wheat as per instructions and leave to cool completely
2) In a small skillet make chili oil by combining tomato paste and chili powder with virgin oil until it turns yellow
