A simple recipe which you will like.

Ingredients (serves 4):

1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Three garlic cloves
1-2 and 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil
403g chickpeas
1/4 l vegetable stock
170g millet
2 onions
113g peanut butter
82g kale
A dash of lemon juice
451g sweet potato


Assemble all the ingredients at one place.
Peel and dice the onions.
Peel and dice the sweet potato.
Crush the garlic cloves.
Cut the Kale into moderate pieces.
Now we can proceed to the next most important step.
Heat 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil in a large saucepan for a moment.
Succeeding that, combine the diced onions and fry for 3 minutes or maybe till soft and golden.
Now you should add the crushed garlic and fry for a further 3 minutes.
Now you should add the sweet potato, vegetable stock, millet and soy sauce to the saucepan.
One thing remains to be done now
Bring to the boil and simmer for twenty-Two minutes.
Take two tbsps of the broth and combine with peanut butter. Combine this in the saucepan and whisk. Lastly, combine the kale and simmer for six minutes. Now serve hot.
