Sample text:

This command seeks to keep your pup safe. If your puppy accidentally gets out of the house, or dangerously wanders off leash, you can use this command to bring him back. To do this, you have to ensure your puppy perceives coming to you as the most preferred option. Use the following steps to teach your puppy this command.

1. Have your puppy’s favorite treats.

2. Go to a quiet area where you and your puppy can concentrate on training.

3. Your puppy finds delight in following you around. Use this as your starting point. Let your puppy realize you are very happy to see him come to you. Reward him whenever he comes to you, and make the experience momentous by praising your dog for coming to you.

4. Squat, open your arms wide, and give a command like, “Come Duke” if Duke is your dog’s name. If he comes to you, treat him immediately. If the pup fails to come, continue offering praise for little movements towards you. Do not move out to grab him: wait for him to come to you. Do not give the command multiple times even when your puppy seems oblivious to the command. Just command once and wait for your puppy’s response.
