How to prepare

  1. Assemble all the ingredients at one place.
  2. Crush the eggs and egg whites in a bowl.
  3. Okay, now we can go ahead with the rest of the recipe
  4. Place a non-stick skillet over medium flame and heat 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  5. Saute the broccoli for two minutes, then stir in the garlic and chili pepper flakes. Season with black pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until broccoli is very tender, then transfer to a bowl.
  7. Just one thing remains to be done now.
  8. Now pour the beaten eggs in the slow cooker. Cover and cook for one hour on low, or may be till partially set.
  9. Now spoon the cooked broccoli you made on top of the eggs & cook it, covered, for 30 to 35 minutes on low or maybe till eggs are completely set. Serve immediately.
