How to prepare:

  1. Assemble all the ingredients at one place.
  2. Preheat the oven to 300 to 310.
  3. Now we can proceed to the next most important step.
  4. In a medium bowl, blend the oats, ground meat, egg and milk together until well added.
  5. Mold the mixture into balls size of a walnut, and arrange in a single layer in a 12-inch cast iron (Lodge)skillet. Please bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  6. Now carefully drain off any fat in the skillet.
  7. One thing remains to be done now.
  8. Add the left ingredients in the skillet, and then cook over medium heat, stirring almost constantly, until flour, brown sugar & mustard are dissolved, and the sauce is slightly thickened.
  9. Please pour the sauce over the ham balls, and then bake for  20 to 30 minutes, basting once or twice.
  10. Go ahead and eat it up.
