Ingredients

         2 bananas 
         2 apples 
         1 handful of berries (fresh depending on the season or TC) 
         100 ml almond milk 
         4 tbsp earthen coat flakes (also tiger nut) 

 

Preparation

  Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Put the puree in a bowl. 
  Peel and cut the apples and remove the core. Then grate the apples with a vegetable grater. Add the finely grated apples to the banana sauce. 
  Thaw or wash the berries and sort.  
  Add the almond milk and berries to the bowl. Mix everything well and fill in two bowls. 
  Sprinkle the cereal flakes on the muesli and serve.
